Full Building Survey
A Building Survey is suitable for all residential properties and provides a full picture of their construction and condition. It includes more descriptive and technical information with photographic schedule. Recommended for older, larger or extended properties or where a major conversion or renovation is planned. The report includes technical information on construction and materials as well as details of the whole range of defects
Homebuyers Report
A Homebuyer Survey, also known as a Homebuyer's Report, is a survey carried out to a standard format defined by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. It is most suitable for conventional properties built within the last 75 years, which are in reasonable condition. The intention of the report is to highlight significant defects which may affect the fabric of the building or value. It is not usually suitable for properties in need of renovation, or if you are planning major alterations

Maintenance scheduling
We can report on a specific defect, diagnosing cause and specify remedial action required commonly used where movement has occurred or in the case of water penetration. A full repair and maintenance schedule can be drawn up with costings prior to purchase for larger property or where refurbishment is necessary.
